Join one of Rogue’s performance training sessions and elevate your strength, conditioning, speed, durability, and overall athletic mechanics.

Train like a pro—safely. Our science-based program helps middle and high school athletes build strength, improve speed and jumping ability, and move with confidence. Every class is fully coached and capped at 12 athletes to ensure individual attention and measurable progress.
Stronger together. We partner with clubs to create a consistent training culture that helps athletes move better, get stronger, and stay healthy throughout the season. Club members receive preferred pricing on small, fully coached classes designed for long-term development.
Our classes are designed around the people in the room—not the other way around. We adapt the exercises to fit each individual, using a measurable, approachable, and educational approach. The goal is not only to help you get results while you’re training with us, but to give you the tools and confidence to keep getting results outside the space as well.
